Everyone is doing well, but is very tired. For the fellas, the first consisted of moving and spreading gravel to make a path, moving furniture out of one of the cottages, and moving a swing set. The ladies went and worked at the Palmer Home’s thrift store in the morning and painted a playground in the afternoon.
Pray for energy for today. Not only did we work hard, we also played lots of games in the gym.
Please be in prayer for our group who is serving at the Palmer Home in Columbus, MS from July 24 to 30. Pray for the hard work we’ll be doing, friendships to strengthen, that we’ll be a blessing to the Palmer Home, and that we’ll return more deeply satisfied in God.

Attention all youth. The annual Ichetucknee Tubing Trip is Saturday, June 11th. It’s from 9 AM – 2:30 PM. We’ll meet at the church, pack into leader driven vehicles, and head to the river for a day of fun. Bring $10 (covers park entrance and tube rental), a towel, and a sandwich. Drinks and chips will be provided. Also, this is the first event that the rising 6th graders can attend. Invite a friend.
