Maybe this video will help you with the Doctrine of Propitiation. [2] He is the <strong>propitiation<\/strong> for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>-1 John 2:1-2<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jesus has made atonement (made us at-one with God) for us. He has satisfied the demands of the law, and since He&#8217;s paid the price for our sins, it would be unjust for God to ask for two payments. Do you see the freedom in that sacrificial love? He&#8217;s our advocate; Jesus Christ the righteous.
