STEWARDSHIP | Managing the Resources God Gives Us <\/strong><\/p>\n – Develop stewardship at CCC through a stewardship program.<\/p>\n – Offer \u201cFinancial Peace University\u201d course.<\/p>\n – Pray toward being debt free.<\/p>\n – Raise awareness of Spiritual Gifts for all ages<\/p>\n II. EQUIPPING | Training & Empowering Our People <\/strong><\/p>\n CCC MISSION STATEMENT <\/strong><\/p>\n – Revise\/Refine & – Learn it by heart<\/p>\n LEADERSHIP <\/strong><\/p>\n – Identify leadership community \u00a0– Develop and begin leadership training program<\/p>\n – Elect 2 new elders and deacons; train 10 new ministry leaders<\/p>\n CCC PEOPLE <\/strong><\/p>\n – Create a \u201ccore curriculum\u201d for everyone at CCC. III. MISSION | Taking the Gospel Forward <\/strong><\/p>\n SUPPORT CHURCH PLANTING <\/strong><\/p>\n – Commit to support a church planter for 3 years (somewhere in Florida)<\/p>\n – Research\/pray toward helping with a church plant in Gainesville.<\/p>\n REACH GAINESVILLE <\/strong><\/p>\n – Grow in our ability to welcome guests as family.<\/p>\n – Train our people in missions, evangelism and service.<\/p>\n – Strengthen our relationships with local ministries\/non-profits.<\/p>\n FACILITIES USE <\/strong><\/p>\n – Develop plan to increase building\/property use by 1\/12.<\/p>\n – See 20 new people become part of CCC through it.<\/p>\n REACHING THE WORLD <\/strong><\/p>\n – Develop adopt-a-missionary program<\/p>\n – Pray for 10 members to be sent outside the US.<\/p>\n
\n– 100% of attendees go through a training course.
\n– Provide education specifically designed for new believers.<\/p>\n
