We&#8217;ve got opportunities in the morning and in the afternoon, and childcare is available in the morning for parents who want to serve hands-free! Details below.<\/p>\n<p>_______________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong>Get Out &amp; Serve \u2013 Join Us on June 2!<\/strong><br \/>\nEach quarter, we gather as a church and reach out to our community. Join us on Saturday, June 2<sup>nd<\/sup> for a fun day of service projects. Sign up on Sunday, May 27, or <a href=\"mailto:chiatt@christcommunitychurch.com\">email Chris Hiatt right now<\/a> and tell him which project you&#8217;d like to join.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note to parents:<\/strong> We are offering childcare for the little ones for morning projects! You must RSVP to <a href=\"mailto:chiatt@christcommunitychurch.com\">chiatt@christcommunitychurch.com<\/a> if you\u2019d like to register your children.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MORNING<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project #1 \u2013 Partnership with Terwilliger Elementary<br \/>\n<\/strong>We will paint the basketball court at Terwilliger and deliver much-needed supplies to teachers. Remember to bring some supplies for our supply drive this summer\u00a0benefiting\u00a0the school. A detailed list of items is in this <a href=\"http:\/\/christcommunitychurch.com\/blog\/2012\/05\/24\/get-out-and-serve-supplies-needed\/\">excellent blog post from Holli Best<\/a>.<br \/>\n<em>Details: <strong>8AM<\/strong> meetup at CCC on the patio. We will ride to the site together.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project #2 \u2013 Acts of Kindness<br \/>\n<\/strong>Join a team headed to a large property to handle yard work and other tasks. This is fun work! No experience required, and appropriate for all ages.<br \/>\n<em>Details: <strong>8AM<\/strong> meetup at CCC on the patio. We will ride to the site together.<br \/>\nItems needed: Chain saws, Loppers, Weed eater, Work Gloves<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\nAFTERNOON<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Project #3 \u2013 Visit a Nursing Home<br \/>\nShare the love of Jesus over BINGO with some of our community\u2019s elderly people. This is a great project for youth and young families. No bingo experience required. Limited to 10 people!<br \/>\n<em>Details: <strong>1:30PM<\/strong> meetup at CCC Offices. We will ride to the site together.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong> Project #4 \u2013 College Students! Work Day + BBQ + Pool Party<br \/>\n<\/strong>No skills or experience required. Help us take care of some special projects and clean our building.<br \/>\n<em>Details: <strong>3PM<\/strong> meetup at CCC on the patio.
